Fair point Chip and I suspect it won't all be paid, maybe none will be paid, but it's still a potential liability of $950,000 investors will look at with concern. I do. Last thing I want to see as an investor is a company I am invested in involved tax or court issues. Uncertainty on those issues last for years.

I don't think the GoM have any chance of receiving this $950k tax grab. No legitimate legal grounds and a futile attempt imo. It is however, a pain in the neck for managment to have to allocate their time and some legal cost to fight it off. Things that are all better served on NSW right now. It does make me happy that we are no longer operating first-hand in Mongolia for these exact types of ...more

We are still dealing with one primary seller currently using Anonymous. From my viewpoint, this same seller was the one that drove the price down to $.07 on November 9th and then continued to sell, capping the price at $.07 until the drill results on December 21st. It looks to me that most of today's selling is coming from the same source. While assay results aren't stellar, they ...more
