Tomlison appointment any good?

Greetings,
looking at today's news "Mr. Tomlinson is a structural geologist and investment banker with over 35 years' experience in exploration, development and financing of mining projects globally in the North American, Australasian and European markets."

Obviously, they will say he is great but just wondering if someone knows him?
I know it might have nothing to do with the SP but we are down over 6%?!

Bought more yesterday, Management is great and this is very important, not just resource, but to actually build a mine, if I remember current drill results are enough for building profitable mine Good times ahead, grades maybe will be smaller, but resource will grow And if they hit something at Mohave ...
