It's been a dismal performance for this name for anyone that has bought into this story in the past with the chart literally going one way (down and to the right).
I'm not much of a technical analyst, but can certainly spot indicators of trend exhaustion. It appears (to me) from the chart that sellers have run out of reasons to sell (trend is flattening out and volumes are down markedly) and we are in the midst of forming a base in the high 20's. It may be worth a nibble at current levels.
