$60K pruchase price and payout in 35 months...LOL so in 3 years they recovr the whoopin $60 grand they paid.... so they are going to collect $2,000 a month!  a whoppin $2,000 a month... but that all goes to repaying the purchase price for 3 years...LOL  then after 3 years they have payout... and if there is any oil flowing after 3 years... maybe they make a profit? this is remarkable ...more
