did the placer claims run out or were they spld off........and that Gold Show must be finished----was a cash cow for KG

some placer claims were subcontracted to Dulac Mining... KG was not going to placer mine anyway... check previous NR's about that. What was a cash cow for KG?

Is this ever going back up? Been in for over 4 years, buying on dips and it seems that no news ever bring it back up for almost 2 years now.  And is their claim to want to exploit themselves just for show? Or is the real goal to become an aquisition target?

I personally visited Klondike Gold in Yukon, I saw with my own eyes it's real, I know it's in progress...I've been invested since 2017 and keep accumulating, I have a lot of faith in it... Covid screwed many up and set them back KG is not alone...

and what's your thought on intentions of exploitation vs aquisition? What's the real endgame here?

they have to do "exploration" before they get acquired...no one will buy you out if you don't show them the reserves...so it is not "exploration" vs "acquisition" as your question suggests... KG is not about building a mine, maybe an open pit but not a mine. The intention is acquisition and by advancing the project to open pit it will force the big boys to start
