Not really a dog IMHO, it was just caught up in the weed pump a bit early. Revenues are growing quite quickly and insurance coverage in Colombia is only just beginning to take hold.... Cannabis oil is 60% cheaper than opiodes in Colombia to treat patients with chronic pain. Insurance companies will stampede towards this medicine in short order.

The race is on between the cash burn and revenue build and unfortunately the cash burn is ahead by a country mile. The execution is definitely coming together with script issuance growth, good customer retention, insurance coverage and adding more sales in Germany and the UK, BUT the company does not have 2 full quarters of cash left and they cannot close the gap. No surprise with today's announcement. The terms are very disappointing, virtually identical to the terms of the last placement announced almost 7 months ago.  I like this company a lot but I do not like the burgeoning share structure, the rate of cash burn and the ongoing shareholder unfriendly terms of these placements.
