short term likely a fairly sizeable jump up ...next 2 months most likely and I think at minimum we will see over .45 as the valuation placed on the initial jv to be formed is 70 mil and Kane will own 90% of that . the first bit '..the initial jv to be formed is 70 million..' worded this poorly. It's the intial valuation on the wound care jv. There is already a jv for animal care with Animal Care ...STEM with an intial valuation of 15 million that should be up and running reasonably soon they were transferring manufacturing to Europe first.
