exercising warrants is fine, it brings in cash, as long as he didn't dump into an artificial frey.

he has held a lot of shares before and now holds a lot more. Going back to 2017 , there has only been one insider sell. Rashieda Gluuck sold 90,000 shares on Sept 9th 2019.
