Waste of money..... Date: January 18, 2024 at 8:12:44PM MST To: rdupuis@kanebiotech.com Subject: Shareholder Comment Hello, I don’t understand the need to hold a special meeting just to elect a director. Every other co. just waits until the annual general meeting. Seems like an unnecessary expense.
