The news title is a little misleading...''worldwide license agreement'', when looking at the OMNI Bioceutical website, it is clear that they only sell in the USA so, that alone explains why it is a non-exclusive agreement. On the other side, it is a first license for a DermaKB product so, things are moving forward. As noted before, this is a well managed company with good

Yes, but that only mean that  they do not ship worldwide themself. Nice find Roymax123 and thanks for sharing. The document is little out-dated (ie.2017) so, we don't know if they are still following the same path to market, if the deal are still in effect or not, etc...especially after the world went through Covid but it shows that OMNI had an 'outside of the USA' back in 2017. As you said, let's hope for Mr. Edwards to shed some light on this

Nice to get street Cred with Coactiv+ scalp and hopefully some revenues at a time when debts are getting paid off. Cash burn has been traditionally high, operating revenue is paramount.
