KOKANEE'S PRIVATE PLACEMENT FULLY SUBSCRIBED

Kokanee Minerals Inc. has fully subscribed its private placements for the sale of 7,500,000 units raising a total of $1,125,000. Each unit offered at
.15 per unit consists of one common share of the Company and one non-transferable share purchase warrant, and each share purchase warrant shall have a two year term from the date of issuance for the purchase of one further common share of the Company at the exercise price of
.20 in the first year and thereafter
.25 in the second year.

This private placement is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Am considering getting in on this one but my experience has been that when a PP is done at so much lower a price than the current share price, it generally trends down to reach the PP fairly quickly.  What are the expectations in the short term?  Should I wait a week and get it cheaper?

My recommendation...............don't listen to what anyone says here.  Do your DD and compare the value here to others in the area (SOC, GI, NRR) and decide.stateside

 PP Closed already ..............and with no website.....ah ah ah . I told you this morning the PP was closed. I'm sure you didn't believed me. Wait for the next one and you wont regret it. What do you think they will do with 1 125 000$ ah ah ah .Next week will be good...

On the PP and the current price, SOC did a PP in June for $.10 and they are at $.90 now based on the Tanzania play.  May give you an idea on the drift down theory if you're looking for a comparison based on the $.15 KOK PP.stateside

I wouldn't be waiting too long here. With such a low float (much lower than SOC's float) this could take off and not come back from this point period.I am in SOC from .42-.43 and holding and i'm in here (KOK) @ .165 yesterday and again @.24-.25 this morning. Waiting for the down drift? Not a chance of me selling anything and if it does drift........i'll be picking up all i can and
