The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement May 2, 2011, between the company and AFGF (Tanzania) Ltd. The company has acquired the option to earn an 80-per-cent interest in a prospecting licence in the Morogoro area of Tanzania. To earn its interest, the company must pay $2-million cash and issue 1.2 million shares as follows:

$500,000 cash and issue 1.2 million shares within five days of exchange approval;
$500,000 cash by Oct. 7, 2012;
$500,000 cash by Oct. 7, 2013;
$500,000 cash by Oct. 7, 2014.

It must spend $3.5-million on exploration of the property over five years as follows:
