So if the Ministry of mines missed the last 2 deadlines and failed to file any paperwork, would this not make the review that Deep South has to sumit on the 21st fairly straight forward? I doubt its going to be this simple but hopefully it may speed up the process. Copper prices seem to be gaininh momentum and I bet both parties are aware of this fact. There is money to be made....

So I think the 10th was the day the ministry had to file their paperwork with the court, which would then allow DSM up to the 21st to review and counter file. Then, on the 28th the court seeing the basis from both parties in front of them, would decide on how they want to go forward. DSM already filed 1,500 pages of documents which are the documents filed with the Ministry and documents received from the Ministry. I guess the Ministry having filed NOTHING is an admission of the wrong doing done to DSM.
