It's interesting that Pierre stated that they are working on an out of court settlement. If the recent progress is anything to go by I wouldn't hold my breath that any settlement might happen anytime in the next 12 months (assuming it is successful). Why they need another 3 months to make a decision is ridiculous. They (Namibian Gov) are probably worried about the legal liabilities that ...more
