K2 Gold Corporation is a Canada-based exploration stage company with its primary focus being the exploration of mineral properties in California, Nevada and the Yukon Territory. The Company holds three precious metal projects and reviews other prospective gold properties. The Company’s projects include Si2 Gold, Wels and Mojave. The Si2 Gold Project is located in Esmeralda County, Nevada, approximately 60 kilometers (km) northwest of Tonopah, Nevada, and 20 km northwest of Allegiant Gold’s Eastside deposit (1.4Moz Au, 8.8 Moz Ag). The project is road accessible and consists of 118 Bureau of Land Management (BLM) lode claims covering 986 hectares (Ha). Wels Project is located in Western Yukon, approximately 40 km from Beaver Creek, YT and 60 km south of Newmont Goldcorp’s 4Moz Coffee deposit. The project consists of 350 contiguous quartz claims covering approximately 7200 hectares. The Mojave Project is located in Inyo County, California.

If I could add another small point ?

I find that I don't have a corner on best ideas or in many cases a corner on good ideas.

SO

I am SHAMELESS about copying ideas from competitors.

In that vein, Mgmt and other owners might review the corporate profile of others.

Western Exploration (WEX) comes to mind at this moment.

How did WEX win over Agnico Eagle at $1.85 so early in its exploration journey?

Anyway what needs to be done to attract that kind of owner?

K2 DEFINITELY HAS BETTER PROPERTIES!
