I need help.

Can someone tell me what was the original company that Kure Tech was derived from?  I do remember Dolgonos and that the company was in the Telecommunications business but the name escapes me.  Maybe I am wrong but I believe this can can provide me the help I need.  Than you in advance.

I found it on Sedar - UBS - Unique Broadband Systems.  I lost oodles of cash in this company.  Here is a chance to recover a bit of it.
