At first glance hoffbag, I thought the same. However after much research, this company has some incredible products that they will soon be lauching into the market. Sol global investment corp owns a huge chunk of the float, recently purchasing another 220,000 shares in the open market north of $2 bucks.  I am in the stock quite low, so if things goe south, I can exit quite quickly.
