I sold out of my balance today. I own too many trading at more than a 25% discount (some as high as 50%!) to cash and marketable securities. i'll be back if the discount grows again.

Even though Kobex is not focusing on Mel and Barb (and the properties have zero value on the books) the properties are necessary to maintain Kobex's listing requirements on the Venture exchange.
