One Mine Makes Economical Sense

With high grade gold running through NFG and up through Labrador's claims and Sokoman on high grades on nearby parrallel faults just one mine would make economicl sense.

These deposits are so close ore could be conveyored to a concentrator.  Also the terrain is flat.

Yes, I meant one plant.  I have had several buy.outs in the past on a shared ore bodies as it made economical sense to have just one mine and plant.

Geezer, Lumping mines together may work for several low grade bulk clusters, but we are dealing with potentially at least 3 high grade and expansive operations. I would think that nfg and lab could get by with perhaps one large mill, but sic would require a separate mill due to a fairly significant transport distance. Whatever the eventual configuration, the potential for consolidation of SIC, LAB, and NFG is high.  When ore bodies are contiquous time and again consolidations take place. It is a common event in mining. When it costs hundreds of million to erect a mill all the players recognize the huge saving in capital outlay to amalgamate. Eric Sprott in both NFG and SIC (do not know if he has holdings in LAB) and other large investors will be looking to deal when there is a incentive to save hundreds of millions in capital and operating costs.

Don't everyone go crazy and complain because the price was $.70 and under the current market price. The difference is in lieu of interest on the millions invested. This is better than making an outright loan that will incur interest charges that cannot be paid as there is no revenue yet.  It dilutes the equity holding but in the long scheme of things the discounted net asset value of ...more
