Libero Copper Corporation (TSX-V:LBC) (OTCQB:LBCMF) is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the Mocoa porphyry copper-molybdenum deposit in Colombia from B2Gold Corp.
(‘
B2Gold’) in return for issuance of
10,400,000 shares comprising a 19% stake in Libero Copper and a 2% royalty on the project. The Mocoa deposit contains an in-pit inferred resource at a cut-off of 0.25% copper equivalent (CuEq) of 636 million tonnes of 0.45% copper equivalent including
4.6 billion pounds of copper and
511 million pounds of molybdenum. Metallurgy
Four drill core composites, representing different rock and mineral types, and a bulk composite of all these samples were processed at Dawson Metallurgical Laboratories in Murray, Utah in 1984 by the UN and INGEOMINAS. Standard grinding and flotation tests were completed. A bulk copper-molybdenum flotation concentrate was processed to produce copper and molybdenum concentrates. The copper concentrate had a grade of 24% copper with a recovery of 86% and the molybdenum concentrate had a grade of 55% molybdenum with a recovery of 83%. Both concentrates were clean with no deleterious elements.

2 - million. Ouch.

2022
Sunk a few holes in, Mocao.
And i have to ask, are the Colombian employees on the
Libero payroll ? Who pays their wages ?
How about, Mr Harris' trips and conventions ?
Would it not be ideal for Anglo to.... flip a few bills ?

$5 million - ATM - free money machine.
Please say the recent stock drop was not due to this ?

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Far too much promo, conventions, trips, public relations.
These are things Anglo should flip the bill for, that is...
if they're really into, Libero.
Otherwise - shareholders are on the bench watching another in,
Colombia have the time of his life.... holiday.
Junior already said in video....not a miner.
Anglo, comes in.
Anglo is a miner.
What's missing ?
Junior has no tech, nor does Anglo.
I'd say.... each would be happy pulling simple concentrates.
Lowest value for shareholder.
Tech co, or energy co, or auto manufacturer is needed to tie the
resource to, one of the above with future contracts.
Otherwise, this could be summed up as,
holidaying, convening, pr work.... teaching colombians
all about the project, how to mine ( hmmm, not good ) from
an investors stance.
Same compass cource will end in, Anglo eventually
owning junior with cheap share offerings -
Junior needs to mix it up.
Stale path.
Cheers....
Again,
junior has no pull nor rank to convene with, political
constituents, this is something Anglo should be doing
for the junior.... why pitch the company or, attend trade shows
or conventions if, junior already has Anglo ?
It's like Ian's running a UN program.
Whose flipping the bill for, Colombian employees, artisan shows ?
Hope it's not coming out of, shares ?
I'd rather the junior spend time securing forward contracts
with a fuel, energy tech than, current program
UN, Colombia, Anglo, and poor, poor B2Gold.
