MOCAO INSIGHT

In 2017 Mocao experienced " horrific mud slides from
torrential rains - many homes were lost alomg with, lives.

2017 - video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MlLwKrNTPCk

Mocao, is located in a valley.
Eastern, Western, Northern ranges all point towards, Mocao.
Water run off can be, biblical in nature.

One month ago, there were road closures in, and out of, Mocao.
Locals protesting for belated funding from Gov't to rebuild homes,
since the 2017 mud slides.

Mocanian's are friendly,
they just want help to rebuild their homes.

Colombia, is in a transition,
wanting to phase out oil, wanting to replace this revenue with
- copper mining
- eco tourism

Like any modern country,  whether USA, Europe, Canada,
one cannot survive just on, tourism one still needs industrial
revenues.

From what i can gather ( online )
Mocaoan's want mining.
Want a better future.

Story get's a tad complicated with each party, in the mix.

JUNIOR
wants to mine Mocao
junior has one foot in mine mode, the other in, UN mode.
Which creates a brake and throttle effect.

ANGLO
wants to mine Mocao.
Anglo has 20% stake in, Libero.
Larger institutional investors - 43%
Retail, remain 37%

COLOMBIA'S PREZ
wants to mine copper - greener futuer
but... one of the first things he did once elected,
was ban mining anywhere - rivers.
He also has the same, ligo buzz words as, un
Mocao is near a river.
Any coincidence ?
lol

UN
seeks to help indigenous
assisting to place lands into indigenous, hands
un is also pro - environment which is counter mining
Mocao is on fringe of, Amazon river rain forest
lots of energy from, activists to protect forests and, extractives
which makes un, indigenous counter to, mining.
un, loves a ( green energy ) future.
Which makes their eco protect counterintuitive to green energy,
one can speak double talk....

JUNIOR
also has similar lingo to, un.
indigenous, help women, sustainables...etc.
one question i've pointed out is, whose payrolling the,
indigenous, women, colombian university students ?
also, why does libero have a $5million ATM share card ?
Libero can use this at anytime to sell shares in open market.
I'm not partial to this, could be used to, efect stock price at anytime.

STAKEHOLDERS
where does this buzz word originate ?
https://www.unep.org/civil-society-engagement/why-civil-society-matters/major-groups-stakeholders

does anyone see - shareholders on that list ?
I don't.
Which should be borhersome for retail investors

In short,
large deposit, worth lots...
if river card is played, but colombias ( prez ) wants mocao mined ?
Sounds like a bad equation - cancel out - algebra ?
double speak - hello.

un works the enviro + indigenous card.
Yet... loves the green energy ?
lol

junior, speaks un buzz words, and is involved with, indigenous,
university, women.

Anglo, and larger shareholders sit with, 43%
Junior has a ATM sell shares at anytime.

If progress is slow, retail gives up, sells shares.

Juniors is off, seeking more - stakeholders.
Which eventually replaces ( retail )

New Formula ?
Colombia Prez
Institutional
UN
Indigenous
Stakeholders

No more retail,
if present tactics are kept ongoing.

SOLUTION ?
Anglo takes out junior with,  6 million shares.
Done...shareholders are happy, junior and anglo
can go seek more stakeholders to replace lost retail.

Solution #2 ?
Junior + Anglo, offer assistence with home rebuild - Mocao.
Redirect river to allieviate water influx into, moco.
Colombia prez greenlights mocao, acknowleding partial
funding of, home rebuild.
Mocao's residents have jobs, homes rebuilt, all is happy.
Such news would keep shareholders in the stock, also happy.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

If all is kept status quo, current circumstances - dragged out.
Retail is eventually squeezed out, or sells.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

  MOCAO,MAP
- Mocao, underlined in yellow
- yellow circle - mocao deposit
- elongated oval yellow circles - potential same geology copper trend
- white ( arrows ) river diversions prevenative measures
- blue circles future river bridges
- pot of gold, that's a good spot for - potential gold depositing over
the years from, run off,  appears as - dried up mountain lake.

What's so odd about this is,
northern copper junior sits 2 cents higher, more shares out,
only a few drill holes in jungle, away from former finds.
Larger stakeholders involves and well, same formula at play,
eventually, over time retail, is worn down, sells.
Games.

Not investment advice.
Just how i interpret things.
I could be wrong, but then again, i could be spot, on.

Ian, should try a tad harder for retail.
Right ?  Of course.

Cheers...
