Well, this is what i think. For a company that hit $6 Sp in 2011, has a product that works and working on it to treat COVID19 patients plus the pandemic state of the virus. The stock won't only fly but soar higher. I hope this helps...

I like the sound of that.. They have been around for awhile based on chart.. Though for a long stretch before this Pademic all was very quite bad low key for LBL..  I guess it's all about TIMING..
