My opinion on everyone’s concerns - The Video - The video that was created by Guy Cook did not meet shareholder expectation. I understand that some of you were expecting either a clean marketing material, video detailing next steps, or a video that is more polished (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBFhvsiMubWDhBaMk8HMSuQ).
Folks, countries are in lock down right now. Please don’t expect a scientist to be focused on marketing material while he’s trying to address a more pressing and immediate issue. Let scientist do what they do best – which is science. He is trying to be transparent to his shareholders. The video could also be a means to show the FDA authority that he is making sure the product is safe for greater buy-ins.
- The Price Fluctuation – The price has been moving up and down (volatile) and not steadying itself due to ATS, day traders or short sellers.
Look, the good thing is that the price has consolidated and that buyers interested in this stock bought in at the price that it was/is. This means that those buyers are least likely to sell at a loss when trading at certain levels.
- Peoples Comments on this Forum – There are pumpers, bashers, fact givers, and hybrids. You might be concern with what people are saying on the board.
It’s funny. A person can post on this forum without having any direct investment in this company (i.e. disgruntle employee, etc). A person that is 11 years old could be arguing with someone who is 55 years old – investing in this company. I would recommend that folks should not judge the company based on people’s comments, as it might not hold enough weight or references. Please study people’s comments, language and really decide whether its worth making a decision.
- Company Valuation – Although I have a finance background, I cannot give you an estimate you this company’s valuation. From the video, the CEO claims that the technology allows the stem cells to live longer via transportation and hence the success rates are higher (via my interpretation). What I can tell you is that NO ONE is investing in other stocks right now (i.e. airlines, oil, gas, minerals, etc.). Lattice Biologics is one of a few stocks tackling COVID-19. As a result, the media is channeling COVID-19 every minute – radio, tv, internet, national broadcast. Where do you think all the active investors are eyeing on? Let me help you. Go to https://www.investcom.com/page/mvcdnx.htm and count how many COVID-19 stocks there are actively trading to combat against this virus? Very few. If you look at Neovasc at one point, that company shot up from $0.40 and went to $4.20 (in comparison for bio stocks).
- Making A True Impact – If you really want to make a change, then do some of the following. Go tell a friend or neighbor about this company. Because honestly, they’re doing great things. The stock is only as cheap as its shareholders.
