Good afternoon Mr. Cook,

I trust this email finds you well.

I am a newer investor in your company and am very interested in your Stem Cell product. I have been following other companies and noted positive results during their clinical trials.

I noted that you hired a Respiratory Therapist, Chad Green, as a consultant to assist with your clinical trials.

Through research, I found that Chad Green posted an online comment a few days ago mentioning that Lattice was struggling to get into American Hospitals in order to trial AmnioBoost.

I am just wondering if there is any truth to that comment, and if you’re finding the same resistance in Italy and Australia.

My understanding through recent press releases was that clinical trials were going well, and results would be posted in a timely fashion. However, this comment leads me to believe that Lattice is struggling to find patients during the clinical trial period and it may be a while before any results become available.

Any clarification would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your time.

I did have a chance to review Chad's correspondence with his peers, and I din't see anything our of the ordinary.

He accurately stated that hospitals will require an IRB under a Phase 1 clinical study to test AmnioBoost for efficacy to treat Covid19.

This process normally can take several months to years to comply with all regulatory aspects of any clinical trial.

We are seeking to accelerate the process by testing patients outside of the hospital  IRB process.

We will make the results available as soon as possible.

Lattice Biologics is a highly volatile stock and has substantial risk to investors.  If you are seeking capital preservation, I would recommend an ETF, mutual find or bond.

Best,

Guy

I can appreciate a high risk stock - thus why I invested in your company. I was unfamiliar with the Institutional Review Board process, so I appreciate the insight on that.

My understanding through research and news releases were that things were coming along quite well. I think I share the same opinion as other investors when I say I was unaware that the recruitment process could take months. Perhaps it was naive of me to assume that clinical trials were almost completed, and that results would be available in the near future.

Nevertheless, I can respect that this is a process with red tape along the way. I look forward to reviewing the results of the clinical trial in the coming months.

Cheers

Pretty honest reply. You have to weight the risk reward of this stock. One thing that is being avoid is if they started testing . It seems like 50/50 at this point to me.

Unfortunately, what ive seen in the daily and weekly chart doesnt make me confident. I'm out and wish you luck. I'm also going to watch and wait. I believe in mesenchymal stem cells but there is other research I'm also starting to have an interest in. Glta

Good choice for some. More mutual funds, more management fees for the fund managers. Debt = Money, Pyle. Remember, Debt = Money.........

Unbelievabel the CEO drops an insult on you with his advice for you to buy bonds.  Coupled with the injection video, did you notice how he was dressed, one can see what this play is all about.
