The moonshine comments fits, doesn't look like a very sophisticated process to me. Looks like someones garage. Where is the real news they (Management) and I use that terrm loosely, said they would have on a Pilot Plant and possible JV by year end. Another missed target like all the other missed timeframes. Come July they will still be probably be doing testing with no Plant of JV announcment in sight while other projects increase in value.
