Yep these guys will do one pretty soon...a big one...more dilution ..stock will rebound after. Do not think it will mined by cypress ,leaning towards a takeout at 2.50.

Hopeful, I agree you that a financing is likely, unless uncle sam kicks us 10 million for the pilot plant ect.  Is it possible a share sale could be a bought deal by a new partner?  Lets use your takeout number of $2.50, could CYP do a share sale deal at $2.50 right now?  If we beleive all we say here based on CYP announcements, results, potential, we should be able to raise cash

Come on man, not even a big supporter of the importance of the pilot plant!  I guess it has to be done but do see it as the key to moving higher.  I would wait for the new admistration to pay for it.  And would wait until all the current research being done is done and reported at those two unversities so as to build the right one.   Also, not huge fan of a fianacing and

Pretty sure he's referring to NRM and the image I referenced earlier. As for CYP..... selling right at the time when the company is culminating in it's efforts of all the years so far with the best news ahead? Doesn't add up to me... but gains are gains. No flipping here. Will assess company share price and potential AFTER the pilot plant and any offers/announcements at that time

Yak, Well said, many people are just now looking to invest in the EV space along side GM, T Rowe Price ect ectect.  Funds are being assembled to help people get exposure to the space and I strongly agree, Cypress has yet to recognized by this new market.  Not that these funds matter, our resource will be part of this worldwide build out only now getting started, a major will take us
