The news of the bought PP today begs the question of whether there are any valid NDAs at this time. If there were why wouldn't one of them jump at the chance of funding the PILOT PLANT instead of letting an instiutional house do it. Does this make any sense. Doesn't to me.

johnu48, I too thought, why a NDA wouldn't fund pilot plant. I found out that for CYP to fund it the way they did makes a lot of sense if you want SH price to go up before buyout, (if that happens).
