Don't agree at all. This Bought Deal by PI is our first institution and things are well underway IMHO. PI will support the SP. Now trading at $1.65 (+9.3%).  This is just the start.

Don't care if you agree....PP partakers mostly sell commons to take down the PP in this case @$1.25....then we will sell the PP shares when free trading and keep the warrants...standard practice~ Give it a week and we will see~

 Normally I would agree with your take on what is going to happen and that the shares price will drop.  But I don't think this will drop below $1.50 as the majority of the 17 million is all new investors. This PP is over subscribed.  I doubt there were many current share holders than used PI brokerage so good luck getting into the placement.  I think it is upwards from here
