I like that posting. However, how sure are we that we have NDA's? Has this been officially confirmed by management, or is it just heresay?

And how confident are we that it is plural NDAs? 

I am not disputing this, I would just like solid confirmation.

It's common knowledge by now. Cypress has also said so themselves in news releases in the past... So unless they're lying...

Can anyone point me to the news release specifically stating they have a NDA? Link? I think "common knowledge" fails as a good source.

Last night I read through two years of their news releases and could find zero mention of any NDA. Quite possibly I missed something so it would be helpful if someone with this "common knowledge" could point out the correct source of this "information" Thank you

It was discussed several times on the shareholder call last year,  where the response to almost every question on the subject was from Cypress legal counsel,   simply saying "no comment"

Thats correct,   Ive been following Cypress for 3 years and I am frustrated about the pace of progressing as much as anyone else,  however if you have genuine NDA's then you can't talk about them as simple as that.   Noram jumping on a video and saying we are talking to Albemarle and we want to test there brine etc likely proves the opposite to that....

I'm sorry, really, but that is simply untrue. YOU CAN SAY YOU HAVE AN NDA. You just can't say any more. "No comment," means exactly that, it is neither a confirmation or denial. "Discussions" are 1,000 miles from a NDA.

I think you are missing context tinytot.   The questions on there shareholder call were very direct about what cypress relationship is with certain companies and how things are progressing,  and the explanation was that they can't comment on those relationships

All I am saying is that "common knowledge" tells us that the existance of an NDA is nothing more than a rumor, and that there is no solid evidence that one or more exists.
