H20... When will they secure the "Water Rights"?

CYDVF... cannot move forward without "H20"!  Hopefully they get this solved in the 2nd Quarter of this year?? You can't build a pilot plant or prove the separation process without it.  I will add a few more shares when they get this done. 
   They have a very good project to develop. They hopefully settle the PP, & get "Water!" soon...

Hey Chico237. You won't need water rights to run the pilot plant.and prove the process. The small amount of water they need can be trucked in. They only need the pilot plant to run for a month or so to prove the process, so H2O is not a constraint for that. Long term, some water/brine solution will be needed for full scale mining operation but that will be solved very shortly. They now have ...more

Totally agree Yak. They just need to prove the process. A pipeline will solve the rights by a major.

100% agree.. cyp does not need to secure water rights for pilot plant. If cyp wants to breakaway from nda choke grab and bring on competitive bidding for a buyout they will need to secure long term water rights. If they get it & I believe they will... then watch out :)

You are bang on. I believe that has already been settled with a neighboring company.
