Look at their historical track record going back to Red Lake, and Rainy River. It reads like a script. Tell the suckers this time it's going to be different. Suckers buy in on the PP's and warrants with the stories these guys spin as to the Project, Potential and dreams. They drive the SP over time so it looks like this thing is real.
