Looks like same traders keeping the stock price down again... So easy to manipulate a junior stock. Probably related to NDA's because they will want to pay as low as possible when time comes to buy entire CYP for 2 or 3X SP... (no proof, just thoughts).

Hard to say! You would think that's part of the NDA! It's sell the news bull. We have to see if it ends at 1.72 today. Then we will know.
