EVERYONE SHOULD PAY VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING

PAY ATTENTION Y' ALL>... the following has just been sent to me .....Another lithium company is in play. Farhad Abasov's Millennial Lithium Corp. (ML), which leapt 48 cents to $3.78 on 2.74 million shares Wednesday on word of an unsolicited takeover offer, added nine more cents today, closing at $3.87 on 1.34 million shares today. Millennial had agreed to a $3.60-per-share cash offer from Ganfeng Lithium Co. Ltd. in mid-July, but a new suitor has stepped up, offering $3.85 p

The secretive bidder, a "foreign-based lithium battery production company," Mr. Abasov says, is offering what has been determined to be a superior proposal; a designation that gives Ganfeng two weeks to match it. If it declines to do so, Ganfeng would get a $10-million (U.S.) termination fee, which the new bidder has agreed to pay. The bidder is also putting $16-million (U.S.) in escrow ...more

The two bidders are dueling for ownership of Pastos Grandes in Argentina, a project hosting a reserve of 734 million cubic metres of brine averaging 439 milligrams of lithium per litre. That reserve supported a feasibility study, completed last year, which proposed a 40-year operation that would yield an annual average of 25,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent. The study had a promising ...more

The economic analysis from the FS yielded robust economics for a 24,000 tonne/year battery grade LCE operation with a CAPEX of $442M, OPEX of $3,388/t LCE, NPV(8) of $1 ...more

So I am thinking that after reading those above that their output is much like ours, our capex is somewhere close, and our OPEC is a bit Lower .. and we have a better IRR. Now if Bill is able to lower that OPEX a bit with the new program.. then our project appears much better So.....it appears to me we all should be thinking what we are really worth being in a much safe environment NEVADA USA ...more

HYDROXIDE NOW AT 150,000 YUAN OR 23,000 USD Of course this is spot and not what contractual agreements are based on - but the higher it goes, the better it is for those long term big name producers. If we use 15K for a long term price on CYP - we are around 2.6 Billion CAD.

I think that over the years Albemarle formally Rockwood has slowly depleted their resource by pumping more and more to fill their ponds over the last 50 or so years.. I believe they talked of perhaps deepening their evaporation ponds but all that might do is enable them to hold more brine. Water evaporates only from the surface and by adding more brine to each of the evaporation ponds they would ...more
