They were, and are fully financed! Today's PP is small potatoes, but a real vote of confidence in CYP. Some big players wanted PI Financial to issue them 6million units (for 12M shares) averaged at $2.33, to lock themselves in at a decent price, knowing it will at least DOUBLE from that to $5 or more. It's likely that they know something real good about the forthcoming pilot-plant results. ...more

Agreed.  The alternative news release would be pilot plant samples being sub-par and the project being scrapped.  And even with that (which it doesn't seem to be), isn't being the worst house in the best neighbourhood, better than the best house in the worst neighbourhood? In any event, I like the swiftness of this PP.  And now another release to an upsize of $16 million ...more

Exactly......why would you invest (be a participant) in a BDF at a higher price......given the irrational and manipulative stock market that we all experience in today's world. Buying into a BDF at a higher price doesn't serve you a greater profit expectation in the long-run (which is the incentive in the first place), and only allows "short-sited" and manipulative "short ...more

Thanks Guy. A bit more cash in the bank can't hurt for CYP. To help get things done faster, and especially also when an up-market listing is in the works for the TSX and/or Wall Street.
