Jennifer, are you sure you know what you're doing? Rule #1 in private placements: look at who else is putting money in. If this is such a great deal then why aren't Travis and Scott participating? Or any of the independent directors? Or any one else? They're leaving you to do the whole $3 million and you should be asking yourself why.

CRS's lamps are, technologically, so many miles behind those of Philips and Cree that it is inconceivable that CRS will ever catch up. Travis may have a nice-sounding plan for boosting sales short-term but that lagging position in terms of technology is not going to change. Indeed, given the rate of advancement in the industry, it is certain to get worse over time.

If you've already committed then all I can say, Jennifer, is good luck. You're going to need it.
