I see the private placement is expected to close around June 15. If I can assume that it's all going ahead then I guess we can all wish a fond farewell to Jennifer's $3 million. I suspect it will all go down the black hole of CRS's losses. Good deal for Travis and all the others who will henceforth be free to keep the charade going for a while. And it's an especially good deal for Eveready, which now may be able to get its minimum royalties paid through 2015 without having to sue the company or force it into CCAA.

If only all hopelessly uncompetitive and otherwise doomed companies could have the luxury of having money thrown at them.
