Usually companies look for help to review strategic options when all else has failed. This historically results in reverse splits and often total failure and delisting by some. I certainly dont see this as good news, it is news though and it looks like they are trying to salvage something before this slips to a half a penny. The pumpers sure tried to sell this as something though lmao.
