vst owns 37% and krg owns 20%.vst to issue shares to krg for additional 10% according to their presentation.lfd owns 40% and krg owns 20%.lfd to issue i don't know how many shares to acquire krg's 20% according to their presentation.

The KRG held 40% of the Black mountain region. The sold off 20%, 10% to Vast and 10% to Niko, leaving them with 20%. Vast paid for the additional 10% from the KRG by agreeing to issue an additional 60 million share to the KRG

Baxter, so, has VAST already issued 60 million shares for KRG or yet to issue?if they have yet to issue, their share count will reach nearly 300 million shares.probably similar share count for LFD, too, after issuing shares for KRG.

I believe Swisstime is correct in that the 60 million shares have not been issued to the KRG yet. I don't know why though, perhaps it is to give an investment to a new national oil company or maybe it is just a way to keep money out of Baghdads hands for now.There are just over 20 million warrents at .90 which expire today. Assuming these are not exercised, Vast will have about 272 ...more

Baxter4, I am invested kinda like you, lots of LFD, VST and WZR. I just unloaded all of my MMT to buy more LFD and VST. I will leave Zagros alone for now, I am having a tough time putting more money in without some kind of news. I dont think there is a better place to put your money than these 3, but lets face it. Its a crap shoot. Good luck to all.
