Massive Bids on VST and LFD

Looks like VST has hit oil and it is leaking.....................One of LFD exploration structures has similar structure as VST Qara dome!

Your posts this morning have a bit of a sour flavor,  EOIM.  Big bids on VST ?  Looks like they hit oil ?   No wonder you've tried to hide the fact that their presentation shows water below 1752 meters. You don't care about the truth,  you want someone to buy your shares. There is nothing going on here for a year,  no reason to buy at current price.

I rate EOIM very highly - defenitely more than some of the lying, selfish people on these bullboardsHowever this question about water below 1752 meters has not been answered (i may have missed someone's answer please forgive me if i did)EOIM is it true there is water below 1752 meters, if it is true why not confirm it? if its false why not disprove it?Good40 why do you say there is nothing ...more

the project timeline on Longford's most recent presentation on their website indicates that they aren't planning on drilling until Q2 2011, conduct testing in Q3 and drill a 2nd well in Q4. It'll be quite some time and lots of speculation between now and then.

Jlmans, If you read all my posts this week and last week, you will see the key reasons disproving Good40 lies that it is all water from 1752 m. I have presented hard facts and all he does is just write rubbish on this board. The fact is that the Chia Surkh field tested high quality 40 API oil in shallow Jeribe formation in the tertiary and gas in the deeper Shirinash & Kometan ...more

Drivekiller, The market reacts in advance of the events. the company plans to start drilling in either March or April. Remember they have 75 million warrants at 75 cents that they need to cash before July 11. The company needs that cash and so drilling result will likely be known before July. It takes 90 to 120 days to drill and that places drilling to start somewhere in March or April so ...more

Thanks EOIM. You know it's exhausting some times on this BB trying to have a reasonable discussion.I guess everyone can just go back to their regularly scheduled cheerleading from Maysteeler et al.

The company needs to have share price higher to make money of all these out-of-money warrants:Warrants outstanding: Exercise Price: Expiry Dates: ? 75,000,000 .75 07 Jul 2011 ? 9,500,000 .65 20 Sept 2011 ? 4,166,666 .65 14 Oct 2011So for investors to exercise their warrants, the share price needs to hit above 75 cents on July 7 2011 and remain above 65 cents on 20 sept and oct 14, 2011.What this ...more

I've heard that story very often, however, it would be much more rewarding for warrant holders to purchase at half the price. After all, they are only interested in appreciating the value of shares... and is much easier to do at a lower price. If they were in the money, by all means, but nothing is happening before spud next summer and despite what pumpers here are saying, spud means nothing, ...more

And what is below the water?

Good40 or Monron!, Look at slide 12 (http://www.longfordenergyinc.com/files/file/Longford%20October%202010.pdf) and you would see the stratigraph of the field showing all the formations, rock units and oil & gas reservoirs. You have totally ignored the more than 200 to 750m oil column above the oil water contact (OWC) at 1752 m. Even if your lies are true, LFD can simply produce all ...more

What could you possibly mean by  " even if my lies are true " ?  Doesn't show a lot of commitment on your part. They're not lies... they are true.I've got no idea of what you're talking about.  Page 12 does not show an oil column,  doesn't show an OWC.  There is absolutely no reason for excitement leading up to spud.  No data will be ...more

Just because good40 says something is true does not mean it is true, Another poster labeled him "the great slithery one" and for good reason. I haven't figured out why he posts his negativism constantly but unfortunately it is spreading. I've heard he did this on Oilexco for 7 straight years before moving on to Vast fo the past 2 years, unfortunately he has now spread to WZR and ...more
