Up or DOWN?

Having a hard time figuring out how the market is digesting this news. we're already near the52 week low so!

We find out in 20 minutes :P

Some of the candlesticks lately are showing a bottom is basically in. The market could have already priced in this news as if they are evaluating other proposals they have known about it for awhile and it could explain why the share price dropped so much below 25 cents...... That being said a lot of people dont rely on candlesticks and really it comes down to the way people take the news ...more
