Could the financing have been scrapped, because VST hit???

Funny that you come up with this...I looked at  WZR and it is going down...Scaring people out of their shares...LFD cancels their financing and VST up.Exactly what I was thinking...:).VST was played down in the last month...hmmmm.Sounds like a hit !!!
