It is probably fair to speculate that they have lost the psc.  Will be put out of their misery in no time.  It isn't at a multi year low and going lower for no reason.

Why would they raise money if they lost the PSC.  That would be fraud since the funding is based on the company having the PSC.  Even then, it was a private placement, the rules are different....

Hard to say what the hell is going on and nothing is impossible.  Shareholders are kept in the dark.

I doubt Quantum would throw these guys change unless they were reasonably confident about their situation.  Firms make mistakes too but I'd be surprised if they make the mistake x 2.  Once at .3 and once at .2

What do you think is the reason for the non stop decline?

Soros buying more:  even in this downturn I would think that is a good sign.  Hopefully we are at the bottom.   I was under the impression that LFD would be drilling very soon:  but I would like to see a press release in that regard.   They are sitting on lots of oil:  they just have to go after it.

Richkat,They were suppose to drill in October of 2010.  They have delayed it many times (I lost count) and are now saying in the next "30-60 days".  I will believe it when I see it.
