half cent rise today

Anyone make anything of the half cent rise today? it was the first time for any movement up in a while.

Technically looking very strong. Above average volume has broken through the .065 resistance. Price actually hit .075 on the high. MACD has turned positive. Looks like good news on the horizon. Just my opinion based on the chart.
