DETAILS

Hello Everyone:

A few details:

a) Order imbalance continues on the buy side at level II:   1.5 million shares to buy (27) buyers  versus only .2 million shares to sell (7) sellers

b) Per financials, LFD needs $ 20 million to drill 2 holes at Chia property

c) Per financials:  LFD can raise money by FARMING OUT percentage of land

d) Per financials:  $ 7.5 million raising in June 2011 was used as follows:  $ 5.5 million to acquire exploration property and, $ 2 million was currency conversioin.   This was to add to portofolio.   Expenses for business are about $ 500,000 per year so no big salaries as some speculate here.

e) Price of oil is soaring now almost $ 94 per barrel of oil, so these projects are heating up again.

f)  Operational update should be imminent if one were to believe what LFD promised.

JMHO

To raise any meaningful funds for drilling, these idiots will have to issue more than 500 million shares at this price.  Is it safe to stick a fork in this because it is just about done?

The market looks lik it's about to recover from these ridiculous levels.  I want drilling, but not at these prices.  Right now there's no reason to hurry.

I agree with yu 100 % . What are you going to do about it. Those smart asses are screwing shareholders every day for doing  nothing  but receiving hug amount of salary. I mentioned before those guys are net fishing. If one of those companies finds oil those will be rich. If no oils they will be rich sust the same by screwing shareholders. Do you think they are stupid, think again.
