Hello Everyone:

Christmas gift is on the way to the faithful holders of Longford.   I have been saying for months now that Longford would get bought out by Genel.  This hunch occurred to me when Vallares entered the picture.  There is absolutely no way that Hayward and Rothschild would have wanted a junior to explore the Chia project.   Hopefully deal is announced by tomorrow or friday at the latest.  It is funny to see that Kurd30 finally soldout at a tremendous loss per his post, a day or two before the deal is to be announced.  If you read the prior press release Hayward had mentionned his interest for Longford.  It all makes sense now.   I like the wording that it will cost Genel tens of millions of pounds.   Each pound is $ 2.20 Canadian.  Say that they go for 80 million pounds, would equate to about $ 180 million which is my $ 1 per share figure.  Who is laughing now????
