Fair price?

If we take a look at Aberdeen, just as an example, they have as of 31 july 2011: Longford Energy Inc. (iii) 6,164,896 common shares, cost $ 1,767,243. That´s
,29 per share, do you think they will accept a bid under
,6? Well I don´t think they accept below
,30 anyway, we`ll see.

i dont understand why people dont get it. they said Genel might buy the interest in the block and not LFD. it brings value tothe stock as the cash balance of the companies increases less of course any debts. but again this can be wasted by a corrupt management.
