BUYOUT IS FOR 100% OF LFD....

Hello Everyone:

When Vallares purchased Genel, they bought the whole company.   When Exxon offered to buy a new company this week, it was for the whole company.   The Kurds have stated that there will be no changes to the PSC contract hence Longford name remains on the contract otherwise contract needs to be rewritten which is too complicated.   Genel must therefore buyout LFD in order to acquire the 40% share just like Vallares bought out Genel.  It is just unbelievable how people make up stories on LFD trying to bash it at every turn.   Now it is official.  We soar this afternoon, we soar tomorrow all day and deal will be announced Friday morning.   All shares of LFD will be bought out by Genel at the price of 80 million pounds or $ 1 per share.
