I was right close to the money here in my analysis. I had came up with a fair value of 50 million pounds (around $80 million or 0.425 cents per share)

If GENEL offered $70 million and is willing to cover the KRG BONUS payment liability, I think it is a very good offer for LFD shareholders.

I am also thinking that NIKO Resources that had been very close in operations with FORBES in VAST might be stepping in with a higher offer provided there is no hige breaking fee in the deal.

I am simply happy with these development because I own a lot of shares at 0.115 cent.

Nick, I will not be specific but would tell you that I own a lot of shares to consider myself a major shareholder of LFD. I am just damn happy!!!! When all hopes seemd to have been lost, I decided to reeneter this play on Dec 21 and it seems to be one of the best moves of my life.
