something just doesn't add up .  I didn't like the line where it said about needing to Talk to KRG to proceed with a transaction.

Genel is already operating in Nortern Iraq. So how i read this is that there may be some other interested parties so that's whay LFD may be consulting the KRG.

Unortunately H&P, the day traders are going to have a hayday with LFD until some concrete buy out news is released.   With a potential buyout of an alleged 71 million dollars, there is a lot of room for the day traders to move this up and down........................   jmo

Not quite so. Most peep are under water with this with no incentive to sell at a loss. PR today most likely hinting Kurz are not happy with offer thus opening the door for more bids. IMO PPS will base between 0.15-0.2 short term.
