I said it that the market was signalling a deal in the range of 20 to 25 cents and that seems to be what happened.

This is the best LFD shareholders can get.

Current executives own less than 10% of LFD. As such, if Shareholders unite, they can kick term out and collect the full 23 cents payout. These CLOWNS want to keep almost half of the money.

Fron recent SEDI filings, insiders of the company including management owns less than 10% of the company and as such shareholders have the power to FORCE them to liquidate LFD and hand over all the proceeds after liquidation to shareholders. If they can't drill a shallow well with reservoir target at 1600 m that had a discovery hole over the past 5 years, what else can you expect these ...more

Farml1234, Longford is not winding up operations with the Chia sale and as a result will continue to operate under the Longford name.   By posting that you will only receive .10 cents for your shares out of this news is 100% wrong.   If you are a shareholder of Longford at the date the transaction is approved, you will recieve a .10 cent dividend from ...more
